    Thanks for your feedback!

    Great historical perspective

I found this book to be fascinating because of its historical insights into one of the most famous but ironically unknown historical figures. It caused me to look up more information about this character including other photos. The story itself has its own developing storyline with the main character thrust into a journey of self discovery and empowerment after her mother’s death. There was a touch of philosophical pondering about the war and what people did in order to survive. I enjoyed this book for its perspective on Germany during WWII and the impacts on its citizens as well as Anna’s discovery of family secrets. I received a free copy of this book from Voracious Readers Only

Excellent book , portrays the war from a German viewpoint, and that is a freshviewpoint for a lot of us.
