    A very interesting story

This fascinating story tells of a 17~year old umarried mother, who adores her 2~month old baby daughter, but makes the mistske of leaving her in the car sleeping in her baby safety restraint, while she slips into the shop for ten minutes. Someone kidnaps her, but he is seen by a solitary witness, a gorilla. The gorilla is part of a University~funded project, training gorillas to understand sign language. The gorilla is distressed when she sees the baby crying and a man wih a snake tattoo up his arm drving away with the baby. It eventually becomes apparent that the gorilla is a credible witness. Not an easy case to solve but it makes for very exciting reading|

    The Only Witness

Such a good book! Love the characters...ALL of them. Enough suspense and intrigue to keep the pages turning. I don't believe in evolution but I do believe in communication at all levels. Animal training has taught me that much. Good writing, I cannot wait to read the next one.
