    Thanks for your feedback!

A pure joy to read - full of tears and laughter.

Every time I get one of Milly's books I think they can't get any better - but I am wrong again. I was hooked on this right from the start, willing the main characters Bonnie and Lewis to find happiness. They are such lovely characters, as are many of the others along the way. I had tears about Bear, as I know this was so poignant for Milly with memories of her dog. I laughed, cried and willed everything to turn out right. It is a fantastic book, that will have you gripped from the start. I loved all the apologies from the Daily Trumpet that kept cropping up, and the stories from the colourful bunch of antique dealers, that Bonnie manages to bring to Pot of Gold when she finally escapes her old job and works for the lovely Lew, who is following his dream following a heart attack two years before. There are twists, turns, tears and laughter along the way - I didn't want the book to end, but couldn't put it down. It is a pure joy to read!

    The Queen of Wishful Thinking

Most brilliant romance/true life story i have read in ages. Milly Johnson rules...ok! Very engaging story from the start i loved the various, colourful antiques experts and whole storyline. Sad it's finished now.

    Lovely!

I really enjoyed this book, especially because of the connections to antique collecting and collectors. The "despicable" characters were entertainingly awful, the main characters were loveable - a nice read!
