    Heart achingly beautiful

I want to reread this book again right now, and I’ve only just finished it! In fact I think I will be rereading the last few chapters again, very shortly. It was that good. The story had everything I loved in a book, wrapped up in that truly wonderful cover (I mean just look at those arms). The only thing I didn’t like was the inevitable tears, because well, have you read the synopsis. That aside I had trouble putting this book down. Jackson Montgomery is the perfect everything. Perfect dad, perfect friend, perfect lover, perfect helicopter pilot, and therein lies the problem, because Morgan Bartley definitely does not want a pilot for a boyfriend, been there, done that, still suffering the loss. Jackson however has other ideas, and I have to say he was consistent, he did not let up in his pursuit of Morgan, thankfully, breaking down her stubborn walls piece by piece. Romantic and sweet one minute, like the ocean though, don’t turn your back because everything is not quite as cut and dried as you may think. My heart felt like it was in my mouth at times, I was quite literally on the edge of my seat. Beautiful storytelling with truly wonderful characters from start to finish. I loved it. I received an advanced copy of this book. This is my honest review.

A beautiful and unflinchingly real romance.

The Reality of Everything is my first book by Rebecca Yarros but having heard so many wonderful things about her stories, I jumped at the chance to review an early copy and even though this book is part of a series, it didn't stop me devouring what is a beautifully written tale. That is full of well-developed characters who are unflinchingly real and utterly engaging, and whilst I found the story a touch slow paced it didn't stop me from cherishing every angst filled, heartbreaking moment as Morgan fought to get her life back together after the death in combat of the man she loved. And with an alluring and uplifting romance and some sweetness and humour to balance out the emotion I really couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Would happily recommend. **I was kindly provided with an ARC via Entangled Publishing in exchange for an honest review**

    No Words!!

It's been exactly two years since I binged the Flight and Glory series and this group has stayed with me ever since. Hallowed Ground (Book 4) was one of the saddest I've ever read and I've been hoping for Morgan's HEA ever since. The Reality of Everything did not disappoint!! I don't think that any of the Flight & Glory books are standalones since you miss way too much of the backstory if you don't read the books that came first. I spent a good bit of this book crying my eyes out so hard that I couldn't see my kindle screen. But there's also a good bit of humor and Finley is EVERYTHING!! Jax was insanely perfect for Morgan. He's patient and kind but not at all a pushover. I never thought anyone could come close to how much I loved Greyson but Jax came really really really close. I'm going to miss Flight & Glory so much. These characters are some of my favorites!!

So good... it was hard to put down

Wow, wow, wow! This book was so emotional and so moving. The grief Morgan goes through felt real and raw. And those moments/scenes had me tearing up. Jackson's steady unwavering love was so swoony. And the action near the end made it almost impossible to look away, put the book down. It's also the fifth book in the Flight & Glory series. And can be read as a stand-alone. I hadn't read any of the previous books in this series and didn't feel one bit lost. Morgan Bartley lost the man she loved two years ago in Afghanistan. Now she's in Cape Hatteras restoring an old house as she tries to put herself back together and to distract her from her debilitating anxiety attacks. Jackson Montgomery is a single father who lives next door. His life is his daughter and his job as a pilot for the search and rescue for the Coast Guard. Their attraction is undeniable but Morgan's fear keeps him at arm's length. You should definitely check this one out. Especially if you love angst. Thanks so much to Entangled Publishers for this ARC and NetGalley.

    Literally Held My Breath!

OMG...I loved this book! I could not put it down and I wanted it to just keep going! I was literally holding my breath reading this saga unfold!!! I don't think I could do what Morgan does in the end. This book had it all - drama, love, angst, heartache, rebirth, new love...and anxiety all wrapped up in pretty bow. I loved this book and highly recommend it to all!!!
