    Nice and sweet

Dylan and Ariel captured my heart from the very start. I easily connected with them and was very happy to go on the tour with both of them. It was funny, entertaining, sweet ,with some sexy times, read. I really enjoyed all their banter and interactions with other characters that I get to know in the first book of the series. But as always there are some unforeseen events that threaten to ruin what they have built together. Can they see through their own stubbornness and put the pride aside and have the shot in building stable relationship? Read to find out. It's worth the time.

    a fun rockstar romance

3.5 stars The Reverse of Perfection is book 2 in this author's Bad Decisions rockstar series and can be read as a standalone. I admittedly have not read book 1, but I plan to now that I have finished this book. Dylan wants to make it as a solo artist, but he also wants to break away from the control that the record company that dictates his wardrobe, music, etc. Ariel is Cam's younger sister (a member of the band Riptide) and she is trying to re-establish herself in the PR music industry. This is a quick read that features two likable characters that are trying to stay true to themselves - a theme that I enjoyed. I gave it 3.5 stars instead of the full 4 stars because it was insta-lust turned insta-love, which is something that I always grapple with in romance books. Still the two of them made a good couple. The author did a great job with character development given how short the book was. I enjoyed the secondary characters of Jones and Cam. There was some steam and just enough drama to keep the book entertaining. I received this book from Booksprout.
