    Too many ! s

This author is way too free with the ! I read one paragraph where every line ended with ! That's not what I would imagine people actually talk like ... found the stories very predictable as well. I rarely don't finish a novel. but this set was boring.

    Sam Pritchard Box Set

Well to be quite honest I was somewhat disappointed in a number of ways. I was also intrigued by a few things to be fair. I liked the main characters background and his determination to carry on with a new career path after being released from the police vice squad due to his injuries from the shooting. I was impressed by his empathy towards his eventual love interest and her young daughter. I also thought the interaction via media was brilliant but not in the way it was used via the music. I myself am a detail guy so this application via the media...having your lap top or note pad or tablet close by to use in conjunction with reading the book...unbelievably great idea. It could be used for so much to entice , inform and pull the reader deeper into the book. Maps, pictures, diagrams, etc. I currently have my lap top beside me when possible when I read to flip over to google earth to check out the city or place where the characters are for example. What turned me off, even though I read all of the books in the box set was the focus on the music and the band, you not think he was busy enough? I hated the constant repetition rehashing the characters and their relationship in each book of the series, the almost sickening lovey dovey back and forth between the main characters was way over the top. Finally for me a little religion is ok but you again went too far for me. It's like your trying to cover all the bases to please too many readers...not going to just end up irritating the bulk of your readers in my humble opinion. Target an audience, include some or all of the above things I suppose you are trying to inject but cut the repetition. You could for example at the beginning of each book have a brief paragraph or two to catch people up...but that's more in the rest of the book. Hope this is not too brutal. The group I would say your trying to reach with this characters and series would be southern, religious people in their twenties to forties who enjoy country music and persons who have a strong value system of right and wrong. You are also appealing to romantic females who are looking for their knight in shinning armour in a day and age of all things cynical, cruel and just plain difficult to survive in our current dog eat dog society. Hope this helps....just finished reading the First Noah Wolf, Camelot book because I had already purchased it at the same time I bought the box set. That series I really like so far.
