    Loved it

I loved it so much! It's a very simple story but it builds up to a strong moral story.

A Classic tale too good for just kids

When this book was forced on me at school I was too young to know of foreign places and strange dialects and I thought it tedious. Every time I read it as an adult I pick up new and delightful phrases and it's a regular read for when I want a bit of old fashioned magic in my life.

    The Secret Garden

I loved it as a child - probably because of Dickon and the animals. It's not as sentimental as I feared when I read it again: indeed, I enjoyed it immensely. Real children and adults.
