    Thanks for your feedback!

    Poor arguments

The author starts from assertions that are not proven. For example, the author state that non-human animals are sentient. Yet the author does not take any pain in defining sentience and why animals should be assigned that trait. Studies have shown that plants respond to spoken language and even unspoken thoughts. Should plants not also be considered sentient? If so, what will the author eat? And shouldn't killing and mutilating plants fall under the author's speciesism?
