    Didnt disappoint!

Glad I started this series, and I can't wait to read 3 and 4. Couldn't put it down! Love the way it's written, jumping from character to character.

    Amazing 2

I can't get enough of reading about the Cliftons and Barringtons. Always reading and can't put it down. Archer finds a way to draw u into the action and u don't want to leave until the last page has been turned.

    The Sins of the Father

Sometimes, the sequel is good but does't quite live up to the original. Not so with this book! Intelligent, fast paced, interesting, and the ending...wow. All I can say is, totally enjoyable.

    Hard to put down series

The Clifton Chronicles is one series I'm glad I didn't start until book 3 was being released. I love the story line though at first I thought it was a triology only to find it's now got 5 episodes and probably still counting. Harry Clifton is an interesting character who straddles the fence between upper class and working class Britain and in this second novel he's landed in America and put in prison under his assumed identity. Harry's deep seated conscience to do what's right doesn't always lead him to do what's best for Harry. An enjoyable series that reads quickly like a weekly TV series episode, as one plot ends another begins and leaves you hanging on for the next one.

Good story of espionage. I enjoyed the character development and how quickly the story moved along. I recommend the book
