    Humor, suspense, and ghosts!!!

I loved The Skeleton In The Closet, the second in the Southern Ghost Hunter series by Angie Fox. I adore Verity & her ghostly sidekick. It is very interesting to see how the relationships develop....and erode!! Funny & suspenseful!! I was given a copy in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great quick read by a great author!

I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review. If you haven't read an Angie Fox book yet, you are missing out. She is an amazing author that I keep coming back to again and again when I need a laugh. I loved the first book, as well as the novella in between, in this series. This is a great murder mystery with some romance, as well as a bit of well deserved karma thrown in. I can't wait to see how the rest of the series plays out! Great, quick read! Highly recommended!

    Wow! Just Wow!

Wow! Just Wow! This is even better than the first one. This takes place in Sugarland Tennessee during the Cannonball in the Wall Festival. Verity Long is seeing ghosts again. Verity finds the body of Darla Grace in the town library. With the help of Frankie she helps solve the murder and a couple of other crimes. Frankie is also pestering Verity to help unground him, but she would really miss him if he could leave. We would miss him also. This series is a wonderful set of books to read. They are hard to put down and so exciting. I will be looking forward to the next in the series. I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.

Skelton in the Closet by Angie Fox

The Skeleton in the Closet by Angie Fox A ghostly mystery written with a light touch of humor and compassion. It was entertaining. I enjoyed all the various ghosts and their different personalities, both good and bad. And endearing. I love Lucy the skunk. And the growing relationship between Verity and Ellis. Verity Long sees ghosts. Mostly with the help of long dead gangster Frank. Mysteries seem to surround Verity and the town of Sugarland. Watch out citizens: Verity is working to uncover the truth. “True," Melody said, "but we're going to be here all night. In fact, that's why I called. I was hoping you could help me out tomorrow. I'm not going to have time to set up tables or direct the caterers. Can you meet me at six and handle those details while I finish going through the artifacts?" "Six in the morning?" I asked. "Lots of people get up earlier than that," she said, drily. Yes, but I wasn't usually one of them. "Of course," I said. How hard could it be? Good thing I had no idea.” Excerpt From: Fox, Angie. “The Skeleton in the Closet.” Angie Fox. I received a copy of the book from the author.
