  • Thought provoking and original.

Claire North writes 'different' novels, each one self contained, but featuring someone disconnected from some aspect of the human condition. Her last two featured a woman without a body, and a man who could not die. This one features a woman who cannot be remembered, whom is forgotten when you turn your gaze. I read it in a single sitting, as I have every one of her books. She is a gifted writer, vastly underappreciated and not to be missed.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Good idea...

This was a really cool idea for a story but I don’t think I like the style of writing. I also felt like the story was really dragged out. Longer than it needed to be. Also I’m not really into the tangents that Claire North goes off on.

  • Adoré!

C'est brillant, intrigant et parfois même émouvant. Très actuel aussi... et par conséquent assez apeurant! Très belle écriture aussi. Une auteure à suivre sans faute.

  • Meh, it's okay

Interesting, but ultimately disappointing. I felt let down by the last third of the book.
