    Thanks for your feedback!

Overall a very good read, but...

Some of the most promising parts of the story weren't fleshed out in Winter and Spring. I loved the idea of the mutated dead, and the threat that they caused, but they were sadly left out in Spring, and had very few cameos in Winter. There was plenty of drama in Spring, but without the mutated it seems lacking. After all, they did seem to be relatively intelligent, especially in Winter. They were the catalyst behind the migration, but yet they disappeared. It leaves plenty of questions as to what happened to them behind. Another problem I see is the human relationships. They are too flawless, too selfless. Very few people have a thirst for vengeance, and every single one of the 'good' characters always turns the other cheek. There is very little jealousy and no infighting. They truly bad people seem to have died out with the mutations. Some people are just bad and can't be rehabilitated. Overall, it's still a very good book, and one of my favorite series.
