    Light reading & educational

This book was a breath of fresh air for me. It does inform you about jellyfishies, yet it is an interesting read about a little girl's grieving. I loved it and found it was a light reading (took me about 5 hours).

    A wonderful story

Its a beautiful story and the only book to make me cry. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend it for those who have experienced a loss, or just if you want a great read.

    The thing about jellyfish

I thought that this book was very emotional and touching - it takes you through the world of a very intelligent 12 year old girl who is trying to prove somthing that she is obsessed with proving, something that is pretty unlikely. I actually learned a few things, and thought the author really explained/expressed the feelings of the charecters well. But, i personally thought that maybe the author could have talked a little more about what the main girl thought about the death of her friend, closer to the end of the book. But overall I think the book was sad but well written.

    Great Book

Great book about loss and coping with it. I really would recommend this book to anyone. I really felt like she understood what it is like to feel alone.

Is what firstly made me want to read the book.

I was saddened with Zu's friend's death, but for her to try to find the truth, the way she interpreted the event was educational, heart wrenching and so brave. I loved her Family support on so many different levels. I absolutely adored that she felt she had to say goodbye to her best friend's Mother. I am 57 yrs old, and this book is truly one of the best books I have read this year.
