    Spooky, different, a bit mesmerising

Read this for yourself - it's very unusual. The horrors aren't from where you'd expect but from society - scarily accurate sadly. Haunting imagery I've not quite got over 4 months after reading it. Highly recommended.

No where near as good as the passage or Lost

A promising start, and an interesting writing style, with a few bone chilling moments. But the book is neither a mystery, and political book, or a horror book, it sits somewhere in the middle, and really fails to deliver in any area. There's too many characters, so there's not enough time to build a backstory to any of them, therefore, I didn't really care for the fate of any of them. The 'twist' at the end isn't that good, sorry.

    The three

It was one of those books that , although not filling me with excitement, I did want to finish it. I had a need to find out what happened.

    The Three

Four planes crash on the same day in four different continents. Three children survive and a fourth is thought to have survived as well. How did these children survive whilst everyone else does? A sinister storyline which becomes quite thought provoking as the many theories that are put forward are discredited. The children change after the air crashes but not in a good way. An intriguing book.

Glad I only paid 99p for it!

Kind of get it, but it never totally tells you what has happened.... Bought it on the strength of the blurb whilst in Waterstones, sounded good, but at £7.99 thought I'd look for it on Kobo. Good decision - would have kicked myself for wasting 8 quid.
