    Nice

The children's parts didn't sound like children of that age. The main character makes decisions that go beyond impetuous. Otherwise, a nice little story with likeable characters. Good details evoking the time period.

    Love finds a way

Lots of twists and turns to this wonderful romantic story. Just shows that racism can be won by love.

    The treasured bride

The Chinese female child has no value, and this story how it can effect the lives of those who do care. There is love, understanding, friendship and jealousy.......... A good read.

    Nope

This was utter garbage. The plot is simplistic and silly, the characters have no depth, and it’s so cliche it’ll make your teeth ache. I’m glad it was free.
