  • NAUGHTY EMOTIONAL Cinder!

OMG! I'm not sure who's cheeks were redder. The cheeks on my face or the cheeks on Cinder's bottom. An exciting steamy read filled with an innocent naive Cinder who struggles through a wave of emotions and doing what she is told and standing up for what she believes is best for her and the harem. Enjoyed this read that is riddled with hot steamy chemistry, fear, danger, angst, action, adventure and a whirlwind of emotions.

  • Fabulous

Alta Hensley opens the door to us of this amazing post-apocalyptic world, where people are hungry and violence is rampant. Cinder decides to leave this world to find an happy ever after somewhere. She is searching for the Palace of Lazar, that promises all this and more in the harem. Her journey and struggles is what makes this story so fabulous. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Post Apocalyptic Harem-ish Romance

This book had me ensnared for a while, and then it just got kind of crazy with everything going on. This post-apocalyptic desert romance was interesting in that this part of the world is nothing but sand, and communes were created and are over-crowded. Reading about Cinder's journey to the Palace of Lazar is pretty interesting, and shows her strength, but then the inner-workings of the Palace, as well as what happens after kind of messes me up a bit. I lost interest in the story for a bit, but am glad that it did end with an HEA. Please note that I did receive an ARC of this book, and the opinions expressed in this review are my own. • ★ Gritty & steamy fight-for-survival tale - an int

Cinder has made the perilous journey via several communes in the hopes of reaching her dream destination of the Palace of Lazar to become a submissive in the infamous Prince’s harem. For her, it was the perfect fairy tale. Unfortunately, with the unstable dessert society on the brink of warring for precious supplies led by bloodthirsty individuals, her dreamy, sheltered, and pampered lifestyle comes to an abrupt end when all the Palace inhabitants are forced to flee for their lives. Gritty and steamy fight-for-survival tale - an intriguing new dystopian spin on an old classic!
