  • Since the series is connected to books, it is fit.

The Story. The book, one of the series, A Curious Bookstore Cozy Mystery, Explores around the daily life of Lex B and the "all encounters." After A long time desire to Know what is confined behind the upstairs locked doors, it is finally quenched after her boss, Montgomery, decides to give her a chance to not only see behind the door, but to enter. In addition, he shares with her some information regarding her father which somehow might be a lead towards her father she has been looking for. Lex sets out a plan of searching of her father. However, as if bad luck surrounds her, she is entangled in another murder case with Mont involving a stolen book (supposed old and rare but expensive one) passing through their hands and the buyer ending up dead. As usual, she gets out to clear their names and in the process, her relationship with Noah grows distance. In the process of solving the case and getting more information regarding her father, she gets much time to spend with Elijah Sanderson ... She has developed some conflicting feelings for him and the part of believing the existence of some magic/supernatural powers and occult stuffs... she sets out looking for her father. The Story is good and smooth and as a keen and interested reader, you can predict some things and the flow in the story. I like the ending as it leaves readers with that interest/desire of wanting to know, "What next?" The characters and interactions development is great. The story was easy and enjoyable to read through (as the narration and dialogues are short and precise) ain't stretched ... Interesting maybe because I too want to know what the other side, occult world entails and It is fun for those who like fictional stories with little romance and believe or tend to look into the existence of dark forces (occult organisations)

    Thanks for your feedback!
