  • Can obsession lead to true love?

The Wrong/Right Man is my first read from author Aurora Rose Reynolds and while I quite liked the story and the characters, Braxton Adams did give me a little pause. He was blatantly obsessed with Dakota Newton from the moment he set eyes on her. Obsessed enough to lie and prevaricate when he had the opportunity to clear up the misunderstanding he’d caused. But he chose not to. Dakota was pushed into a blind date by a friend, all she knows is his name and where she’s to meet him. When she arrives at the street across from the designated coffee shop, she’s blinded by the most gorgeous man she’s ever seen. He can’t be her date surely?? But when asked if he’s Adam, Mr Adams says yes. A seductive one-night stand is the result and it’s only later that Dakota finds out the truth. Not only isn’t ‘Adam’ her date… but he’s her boss at her new job. Cue, dilemma. She likes him, but she doesn’t trust him. Plus, she wants to do her job on her own merit. Braxton wants her close to him, in all ways. There’s some pushing and pulling. Some seriously worrying stalking brushed off as just part of her new job and living arrangements. But, overall, the attraction and chemistry win. Braxton was a dominant, powerful alpha used to getting his own way and Dakota wasn’t one to give in easily. Their relationship had its ups and downs but they found their way.

  • Fun sexy read, will keep you turning pages

After a painful break up from a long term relationship, Dakota was after a fresh start. Moving cities and encouragement from her brother should do the trick to help her with her new beginning. When a chance encounter with Brax sparks a chemistry that she had been missing she went for it. As did he. But what seems like it was meant to be didn’t turn out quite as smoothly as expected. A fun read sexy read that will keep you turning the pages. EXPERT “The moment I say you, I wanted you.” My eyes narrow on his. “The moment you saw me, you wanted me, so you pretended to be someone you’re not?” “Yeah” Yeah? Just Yeah? “I can’t believe this.” I rub my hands down my face, wondering how I ended up in this situation.

  • Braxton is amazing!

First off, I completely and utterly love Braxton! From the first moment he appears in the book, to the last, he is a dream man! Dakota started out, and ended up, okay for me, but there were a few times I just didn’t like the woman. She yelled, and freaked out, a lot. I’m not saying the reasons for her upsets weren’t valid, but her behaviours were immature. She ignored Braxton, a lot. At one point, it I were Braxton, I would have walked away, seriously. She was strong, she was independent, she cared, but she expressed herself poorly. There were a few plot holes that didn’t make sense and had me scratching my head. While Braxton and Dakota were unbelievably sexy together, I didn’t feel their chemistry come across the pages This authour writes a great book, she tells amazing love stories, and this one had all the pieces there, but fell a little, just a little, flat based on my expectations

  • Full of steam, laughter, and emotions!

No one writes swoony alpha romances like Aurora Rose Reynolds! The Wrong/Right Man is full of steam, laughter, and emotions. This story is very well written involving two headstrong characters that radiate explosive chemistry right from the start. Insta-attraction, sexual tension, and a mistaken blind date all propel this story into an instant page turner. The author is known for her sexy, possessive alpha men, and Brax is no different. Charming, down to earth, and successful, any woman can’t resist falling head over heels for him. Me included. But personally, I truly loved Dakota’s character. After a tough break-up, my girl got back in the saddle and reluctantly agreed to a blind date. Atta girl! So, the last thing she expected to meet was Mr. Right…or in this case, suave and charismatic Mr. Wrong. Can you say awkward? But after the truth is revealed and faced with Brax’s protective and obsessive tendencies, Dakota held her own as the strong, confident woman she is. She knew when to pick her battles with Brax, but never let his controlling nature bulldoze her life. It’s clear as day that he wants her for himself and may be over the top at times, but I feel it fit their relationship and personalities wonderfully. Their dynamic together doesn’t lack passion, that’s for sure. There isn’t a book by this author that I don’t love. Her writing is always outstanding, mixing sensuality, desire, and excitement with the perfect amount of humor and suspense. This love story is entertaining, swoony, and very much romantic in its own eccentric way. I’m really hoping this turns out to be part of a series though, as I’m dying to read more about Dakota’s brother, Jamie, as he definitely needs his own story! Want to know why?....just read this book to find out!

  • Love this book and love Braxton Adams.😍🔥

The Wrong/Right Man is an awesome read. I’ve enjoyed this book so much. Braxton is a OTT Alpha male and I love him. He is definitely my new book boyfriend. Love Dakota. But her push and pull drove me crazy sometimes. I think she fought Braxton too much. I really hope that Jamie and his band mates gets their books. Great storyline with a little suspense. The fans of ARR will love this book. My Rating:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS!
