  • An ABSOLUTE Must Read!

This was a fabulous story. I love the characters and love when they banter. Having fun banter in a relationship always makes a relationship better. You will love Jax and Jordan’s story. You will laugh, cry and be amazed at what someone will do in order to help someone they love. Don’t worry, you still get your steamy sexy time and HEA, but you also get to fall in love. Bride to be Jordan Lawler, has a consultation with Jax Braden, wedding dress designer extraordinaire. But meeting Jax the first time she found herself extremely attacked to him. Because of the attraction she felt for Jax she postponed her wedding for the third time. Jax is a brilliant wedding dress designer. He designs gowns for anybody and everybody including celebrities. But Jax is surprised when for the first time ever he finds himself completely smitten with a very beautiful bride-to-be. Months go by before Jax and Jordan see each other again. This time Jax makes it a point to get Jordan back to have another consultation as he is determined to design her wedding dress, even if its so she can marry another man. With Jordan’s fiancé always working and never having time for her, Jordan’s late night dress consultations become more often and much more personal. Jordan finds Jax easy to talk to and he actually listens to what she has to say and cares about what she is saying. He also supports her and her need to find out what happened to her sister. Jax is so taken by Jordan that he can’t just remain completely professional. He finds Jordan a breath of fresh air, a very good designer and easy to work with. But one thing Jax is not and that is a cheater. He would never try to steal another man’s woman, so he never acts on his feelings for Jordan other than flirting, or as he refers to it, “stating a fact”. The more time Jordan and Jax spend together, the more Jordan is realizing what she is missing in her current relationship. Jax and Jordan have a lot of fun together and get to know each other personally. So, the question is Does Jordan end up marrying her fiancé or does she call off the wedding for good? Does Jordan ever act on her feelings for Jax or does she settle? Does Jax get the woman of his dreams or is he left with a broken heart? This is an absolute must read.

  • Absolutely Amazing and Emotional Read

This is book nine in The Bradens and Montgomery's : Pleasant Hill - Oak Falls Series and it is Jax and Jordan's story and omg it is definitely a must read. Ever since Jax and Jordan met there connection and chemistry was so strong and intense but Jordan is engaged to another man and Jax is the designer that is making her wedding dress but Jordan was so taken back with the reaction that she had to Jax that she walked out without making any decisions. Then they meet again at a wedding and they both feel that what they feel is so strong but Jordan just can't go there so she tries to keep her distance and avoid him but then he offers to make her wedding dress together after seeing some of been drawing and he thinks that she is so talented and he should no as he is a very well known and world renowned designer. Jordan has gone through so much heartache in her life and my heart broke for her but hopefully she will come to her senses and not marry a man that was not there for her or the right man for her as he was so selfish and a user. Jax is such an amazing, kind, thoughtful and sincere man and I absolutely loved him and Jordan together but what will it take for Jordan to realise and see that she is with the wrong man. Omg I absolutely loved this book and I couldn't put it down and read it in one sitting until the early hours of the morning and I really enjoyed watching Jax and Jordan's relationship grow the more time that they spend together and they were so perfect for each other and I loved the outcome. Melissa Foster is an amazing author and writer and she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention and on the edge of their seats and I can't wait to read more of her book's in the future.

  • This couple was amazing

Oh my, Jax and Jordan were just the cutest thing ever. Jax met Jordan when she was engaged to another man. He fell instantly. Many months later they meet up again and he decides to let her know how he feels, but tells her he won't do anything that she is not comfortable with. Jax is a major flirt though and makes Jordan very happy. I love the way these two finally come together and the emotional ending was so perfect. 5 star read.

  • A special and magical romance!!

I love Melissa Foster’s latest book because Jax Braden is charming, sinfully handsome and extraordinarily kind. He is an impeccable dresser which should come as no surprise since he designs wedding gowns. He never lets fame go to his head and when his heart told him he had met “the one” he never gave up on the idea of a future with Jordan. She was etched in his mind and soul and his life had changed the day they met. When he saw her again at his brother Nick’s wedding, he wasn’t deterred by the engagement ring on her finger. I swooned when Jax asked her to dance, and it was funny to see him flirting with Jordan even though he was wading into dangerous territory. She may belong to another man, but she wasn’t married yet and Jax vowed to put a smile on her face any way he could. Jordan had never forgotten how Jax made her feel the first time they met. He looked at her like she was important and when he asked her to dance at the wedding, it was like a dream come true. They fit together perfectly like a train on a wedding dress as they danced the night away. Despite being only friends, Jax surprised Jordan daily with his generosity and thoughtfulness and I was swept away by his sweet and tender gestures. Ms. Foster’s heroes are always handsome and romantic, but with Jax, she has gone the extra mile and written about a man who would sacrifice everything for the woman he loved, even if he could never have her. “Then Came Love” is one of the most romantic and breathtaking stories I have ever read. Love cast a magical spell on Jax and Jordan and even though their road to happiness was rocky, as long as they were together, every day would be paradise.

  • Jax Will Have You Swooning Like Jordan

I absolutely loved Then Came Love by Melissa Foster; it is an incredible love at first sight love story. It is the ninth book in her The Bradens and Montgomerys: Pleasant Hills – Oak Falls series. Melissa Foster has once again shown that she is an amazing storyteller. I LOVE that she writes the books that I love to read. I could not put Then Came Love down and I loved every moment on every page. Who doesn't love hot sexy men, strong females, loving families, and friends, who always support one another? I really enjoy how the book is told from the perspective of the main characters. I love getting the insight and feelings from the different characters. Then Came Love is a love at first sight love story and is filled with heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. I love the lighter moments where I find myself smiling and laughing out loud. My favorite moments are the ones that pull at my heartstrings that cause me to sigh, as I read the heartbreaking moments. Then Came Love is filled with such moments, and with so much emotion. It is filled with all those things that we have come to love and expect in a love story, Melissa Foster did not disappoint, especially with the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. Then Came Love is the story of Jax Braden, famed wedding gown designer and Jordan Lawler, administrator at the Pleasant Care Assisted Living. Jordan and Jax meet eight months before the beginning of the story when Jordan meets with Jax to hire him to design her wedding gown. They meet again at Trixie and Nick’s wedding reception, after Jordan is once again stood up by her fiancé Todd Karns, her college sweetheart, a portfolio manager for RZS Wealth Management in Manhattan. Conversation between Jordan and Jax flows so easily, with Jax constantly flirting with Jordan. I love that both Jordan and Jax share secrets with one another that they have not shared with anyone before, especially the secrets that Jordan reveals about the details of car accident that lead to the deaths of her parents and left her younger sister, Cassandra, Casey missing and the real reason she postponed her wedding the last time. As Jordan and Jax spend time together, Jax agrees to a friendship with Jordan and offers to design her wedding dress, and Jordan realizes what she is missing in her relationship with Todd. I love the chemistry between Jordan and Jax. I love that with Jax’s encouragement and assistance, Jordan realizes a childhood dream. My favorite part is everything that Jax is willing to do help Jordan find Casey. I loved that Then Came Love is a more than just a romance, there are dilemmas that both Jordan and Jax are facing that need to be resolved. I love how the storylines get so beautifully resolved. I love Jax’s heart to heart conversation that Jax has with his father regarding his feelings for Jordan and Jordan’s conversation with her Aunt Sheila, who raised her following her parents’ death. My favorite part is the ending of the love story and everything that Jax did for Jordan, and how Jax makes Jordan’s dreams come true. Then Came Love is filled with poignant and bittersweet moments as well as plot twists. I love the characters and the family dynamic in Then Came Love the characters feel like family and friends. I enjoyed all the interactions between the Braden siblings, Jordan's interactions with the residents at Pleasant Care Assisted Living, and her finding a new circle of friends, it feels like real family love and makes me laugh at their teasing. I loved all the characters in Then Came Love and I am looking forward to reading the other book in the series. Who doesn’t love family and friends that always have each other’s backs? I thoroughly enjoyed Then Came Love, who doesn’t love a love at first sight love story. Highly recommend this incredible love story.
