    Three Little Words

This was a light and fun and flirty read and just right while I was suffering through the flu! Gia is convinced she is forever going to be only a bridesmaid and never a bride especially since she has a One and Done rule and not willing to break it. Bennett who is the best man for the upcoming wedding has his own set of rules which include a policy of No Flings! Oh, that will not do when all the flights out are canceled and they team up with the last available rental car and share a ride for the long trip to Florida for the wedding. This road trip turns out to be more than fun, it may turn into so much more including breaking a few rules! Definitely a recommendation from me. I didn't read the rest of this series and I didn't feel lost at all and would deem this a standalone, although I will probably go back and pick up the others only because this one was so much fun. **Received this ARC for review from the publisher via NetGalley**

    Great read

Seems that all the bridesmaids in their small group of friends are falling in love but Gia Gallo is certain she won't be the next. After all her number one rule is One and Done! Best man Bennett Buchanan has a no fling rule but Gia Gallo may be worth breaking that rule. After all the flights out of the city are grounded Bennett and Gia set off on an impromptu road trip to Florida where the wedding is being held. These two will find it difficult to play by their rules! I've really enjoyed this series and this book is a great addition. All the books are light, funny, and have little angst. This book is filled with humor and it makes for a nice relaxing read. I definitely recommend it.

    You're My Ladybug

This is such a fun series! I couldn't wait to get my hands on Gia's story and it did not disappoint! Though this is book 3 in the series, it can be read as a standalone. Previous characters do appear, however, and I think it would be best appreciated after reading the previous books. I loved Bennett! *swoon* He was such a refreshing hero! He had some very heavy baggage from his past and even though he went to the extreme to atone, I admired his drive to become a better individual. There isn't some adorable meet cute with Gia, but I appreciated that over time, the masks fell away to a degree and they truly saw the other for who they are. Their chemistry was fantastic and their scenes together were both sweet and smoking hot! The forced proximity trope is tricky for me, but I felt like the instalust turned love was handled really well and believable given their 2 personalities and histories. Yes, some things move at warp speed, but it was still a really enjoyable ride. I loved that both Bennett and Gia knew that ultimately they had to "save" themselves, but that they could recognize that help from those who love you goes a long way. Catching up with the other characters in the series was a fun treat (Elise, Jane, and Wendy are a hoot!) and I don't think the epilogue could have been more perfect! It was sweet and heartfelt and a wonderful way to give readers a glimpse into the future of these beloved characters. It definitely left me with a smile on my face! *I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book*

    Loved!

Loved this book!!! Gia is a fashion model rapidly approaching 30 and is feeling the cost of maintaining her figure on her body. Bennett is a chef with rigid ideas about treating others with care. They meet at the airport when their flight is cancelled due to snow and alternate flights are days away. Thus begins their crazy journey traveling from New York to Florida to be in a wedding. Somehow, they begin to get along and and see how their broken pieces might fit together. However, Gia refuses to be in a relationship and will sleep with a man no more twice. Bennett refuses to participate in casual sex. They are at an impasse and the sparks are flying between them....there was so much sizzle that I'm surprised my kindle didn't ignite. This is a poignant, and, at times, sad story, as both Gia's and Bennett's back stories are heartbreaking. Even worse, is the casual way that Gia accepts the crazy dieting and sexual harassment/abuse prevalent in the industry. This is balanced out by the humor and love shown them by their friends. Ultimately, this is a tale about the strength these two characters have and how they can be stronger together, if they can just find a way to take a chance. This is a must read for fans of the genre. The author is on my must read authors' list and, while I've enjoyed all of her books, this one has more depth than most of her other novels and tugged on my heart strings.

I loved the layers in this book!

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review** I've greatly enjoyed every book in Jenny Holiday's Bridesmaids Behaving Badly series and I couldn't wait to jump into this book to see what this quartet of friends was going to get themselves involved with this time, outside of ultimately having a wedding! Gia Gallo has always been the one in the group that hasn't wanted a relationship. Her motto is "one and done" or "two and through" and she's always stuck to that. She's a model, so she's always moving around, so it works for her for more reasons than most would understand. Bennett Buchanan is a chef and owns a restaurant in New York City. He is Noah, the groom's best friend, and he's looking forward to a few days away even though he's normally very hands on with his restaurant. Bennett is the kind of guy that likes to be in relationships and he's pretty strict about how he goes about those relationships. When Gia and Bennett end up stranded together in New York City as they are trying to fly to Florida for Wendy and Noah's wedding, what starts out as two people sniping at each other, starts to grow a beautiful friendship. They are forced to spend time together and not only that, they end up being comfortable with one another. Confidences are shared, they enjoy one another's company and it's clear they have chemistry, but the question is will either of these stubborn people look at their situation and determine it might be worth breaking their self imposed rules?! I loved the layers in this book. I felt like as we were moving through it was almost like an onion and we were peeling back another layer, whether it be from Gia or Bennett. This story flowed well for me and it seemed very realistic, from both of their concerns about relationships as well as the other baggage they both carried from earlier in their lives and even currently. Jenny Holiday created such a wonderful group of characters and I'm so glad we got to enjoy the awesomeness of them once again!
