  • International political intrigue

This is a suspenseful, page-turning story as we follow Zeb Carter and the Team into hostile territory. From Beijing China to the mountains of Afganistan and back while they carry out their assigned mission, and complete some unfinished business with JianHus. Loved getting to have the whole team together again. These operatives work so cohesively to protect each other and finish the mission.

  • Tightrope

Zeb and the whole crew! Another fantastic read. I especially enjoyed seeing Zeb loosen up a bit more teasing with the gang. Bwana and Bear wanted a chance to "work off a bit of steam" and they had plenty of those. The twins got to show their amazing talents. Roger tried really hard to show off his superior good looks but when you are incognito that's a challenge. Chole was a big help in the acting arena. Everyone got to do what they do best and with Zeb that is everything. A new mission assigned turned out to be the same as the one at the top of their own list. Dangerous, villainous, leaders tormented their own people and others. No one seemed to be able to take them down and allow treaties to be negotiated. No one except the team. Would they succeed? Undamaged? Would they all come home? This may be my favorite with the whole team working together the whole time, and Zeb loosening up a bit. They have contacts who are often friends all over. The friendship often began when the team rescued them or someone they loved in the past. The contacts help get the job done.

  • Great thriller with Zeb and the whole crew.

Another great book by Ty Patterson, who is a great author and who is a wonderful, helpful author to all his book-reading fans. Zeb Carter and his whole team are, as usual, eliminating the dangerous, blood-thirsty villainous leaders in the world. They are off to eliminate the top of their own list but are interrupted to stop the pursuit to search for Roushan Pasha, who is presumed dead, but has recently purported to be alive. There is a need to stop his reappearance for the good of the world and a trip to Afghanistan is required. Fortunately, the whole team is as efficient as ever and is in touch with wonderful contacts in China and in Afghanistan to be able to succeed in their endeavours. The talents of this group are amazing and I am often enchanted with the superior moves of the twins in these stories. The group manages also to foil the first part of their mission after their extra tour and they manage to return to China for the final coup. As usual, I am looking forward to Ty Patterson next book.
