starsAnother addicting book from Jennifer L. Armen

What can I say about this book without giving too much away? Well, one that it was a quick and awesome reading. I got hooked from the start and I needed to get to the end to see how it would all wrap up. Sasha Keeton is a survivor. She was the only one who escaped The Groom. Coming back to her old hometown wasn’t an easy decision, but she does it for her mother. Finding herself back home should have brought some sense of peace that everything was over, but unfortunately for our main character, the past just won’t let go of her. Her return doesn’t go as smoothly as she hoped since many incidents happen from her car being vandalized to finding a dead animal in her mom’s car. Throughout the book, you will want to know who, why and most importantly, will they find out before it’s too late? Sasha’s character spoke volume to me because she went through a lot and she is still standing, even if it’s on shaky legs. She has been more like going through the motion for the past ten years, but coming home was what she needed to start living again even if everything seems to tell her to leave town and never look back. She will make you go through a lot of emotions as the story develops and things start becoming more and more complicated. Of course, you can't have a book from Jennifer L. Armentrout without a little bit of romance. So if you were feeling hesitant as if you should or shouldn't get into this book because you fear the lack of romance, take this idea out of your head. Cole Landis will give you what you crave for. Believe me when I say you will all want a Cole Landis. From the moment he reappeared in her life, Cole has been nothing but patient with Sasha even when she was trying to do everything to push him away. He is there for her whenever she needs it and he shows her that she can trust him; can count on him. He has obvious guilt for what happened to her, but there is more than just guilt; he has never been able to forget her. He wants to do right by her and he is genuinely just a good guy. As I am trying to keep this review spoiler free, I will add that you will love some of the other characters, you will hate others and some of them will leave you confused. All of these characters will bring something to the story and I won’t lie, I wouldn’t mind having some novellas about some of them, either from their past or future events because they made that kind of impact on me for wanting more from them. So yes, I do recommend you plunge head first into this story. You will be asking for more as you finish chapter after chapter. Jennifer L. Armentrout gave us another awesome book with interesting characters and a story that will keep you on your toes.

Another 5 stars for Jennifer L Armentrout!

I couldn't put this book down. Romantic & Suspenseful Sasha is very brave for coming back to her hometown after being gone for ten years. Her romance with FBI agent Cole is smoldering hot. My heart raced, not only during the suspenseful scenes, but the romantic ones as well. The "Groom" is super creepy. These characters won't be forgettable. And, I won't be walking anywhere in the dark without my keys in my hand for a long long time, if ever again.

Till Death is a wonderful book!

I absolutely loved this book; it was wonderful! I loved Don't Look Back and The Dead List so I knew I would love this one as well. I think this one may even be my favorite of the three. There's still romance in those two, but Till Death had even more. When the book is full of suspense and murder, you need something to lighten it up, and that came in the form of Cole Landis. Just like all other JLA book boyfriends, I absolutely loved Cole. He's a sweet, smart, protective, loving, and overall wonderful guy. His relationship with Sasha was the highlight of the book for me. The storyline of Till Death is so good! It sucked me in right away and it was so hard to put down. There are many twists and turns through out that keep you guessing and wondering what's going to happen next. I was so sad when it was done, I wanted it to just keep going, but sadly it has to end at some point. Another wonderfully fantastic JLA book!

    Predictable mystery

Within a few chapters, I had solved the mystery of the Groom. Kept reading the book to see how the characters were going to reveal to themselves. Not one of Jen's best work.

    Gripping and Spine-chilling!

ery good and so creepy! I made the mistake of reading this book at night and I was hyperaware of every noise and creak in the house. I was drawn into the story straight away and thought that Cole and Sasha made a beautiful couple. The story flowed smoothly and was well orchestrated, and I was desperately trying to work out who the villian was. Some of the scenes were violent and scary, and though I didn't find it overly graphic, they definitely had my heart racing. In summary, the romance was sweet and hot, the characters mature & multi-layered and the story very gripping as well as spine-chilling.
