  • Loved it!

I just love a boy chase girl story, and man did Emma make Marcus chase her! For a guy who didn't think she fit the mold for a perfect wife in book one, he sure did make a complete 180. I love how this showed that you can't judge a person on looks alone. I also loved how we got to see Marcus try to woo his way into her life permanently. Emma does have her insecurities that kept getting in her way. While that isn't something I particularly enjoy, it also showed how Marcus worked hard to convince her she needed him. Now that I enjoyed! The cats in this were hilarious. They sound like a nightmare in real life, but once again, it showed how Marcus would do anything for Emma. I really like how the author kept giving us examples of what of how much he wanted her. I'm super intrigued about a few of the side characters. I feel like there may be more to them and that we are going to eventually get their story. Overall, I loved this duet. The biggest draw for me was the hero chasing the heroine. Even when he was in denial he still chased her. I loved that!

  • I'm addicted to Marcus!

What a wonderful conclusion to this duet!!! I just thought I loved Marcus in Wall Street Titan, this one has bumped him to first place as my favorite book hero ever! ’It was always this ruthless conqueror, a savage determined to consume me. The real Marcus Carelli.’ This picks up exactly where the previous book leaves off. Marcus is now in full throttle to win Emma at any cost. If you’ve read anything by this author, then you know her heroes are intense. Marcus is all that but without the dark undercurrents. That doesn’t mean he won’t cross lines to get what he wants, but he’s not really breaking any laws. ’It’s best if she remains in the dark on this. It would scare her to realize the length to which I’d go to make her mine.’ I loved watching this couple as they struggled with emotions even as they each tried to figure out how to win this battle between them. Emma remained true to her character but she also learns how to let go of her past insecurities and watching her was almost as good as watching Marcus stake his claim on her. ’My angry little kitten doesn’t know it yet, but she just lost the biggest battle of the war - and I’m not leaving until I have her full surrender.’ There are plenty of delicious jealous/possessive moments in this story which made me love this hero even more. ’The second I laid eye on Emma, my world went topsy-turvy, my rational brain hijacked by instincts so primitive I might as well move into a cave and start wearing furs.’ I found myself giggling over some of his thoughts and and delightfully shocked at a few of his actions. The man completely belonged to Emma although he doesn’t have a clue. This has no outside drama, just what is within each of these characters as they learn to trust each other, but the pace was still sharp and fast. This never bogged down or became repetitive. The chemistry is scorching hot and secondary characters added to my overall enjoyment. A few of those characters were of the feline variety and I loved how they highlighted just what type of man Marcus was. Titan’s Addiction will definitely be on my reread list forever!

  • Every superwoman needs a good cat's butt dress

I fell in love with Marcus and Emma in book 1 and could not wait to get my hands on the 2nd installment of their story!!! When book 2 came out, my work schedule didn't cooperate to permit me the reading time, so I listened to this book on audible--which was a first ever for me for a romance novel. I admit I was worried I wouldn't be able to enjoy the story as much on audible, but that definitely wasn't the case. I love, LOVE this foray of Anna's into the lighter side of romance! I love her sense of humor and her timing, and I really hope she continues to gift us with more romantic comedies with heroines who aren't afraid to dine with billionaires wearing cat's butt dresses. :) Now that I've enjoyed the audible version, I can't wait to devour all the words all over again in print. And I REALLY hope Anna feels inspired to write a story about Kendall and Ashton next, because I'm dying to know their story and find out what happened between those two!!

  • Can’t get enough Marcus and Emma!

Holy Attraction! Marcus Carelli is a Wall Street billionaire who clings to his sweet unassuming girlfriend more tenaciously than cat hair on cashmere. And it’s super hot how he can’t get enough of her! Which is a good thing, because Emma Walsh feels way over her head, out-classed, out-maneuvered, and desperately insecure. She’s afraid of change, afraid of repeating history, and afraid of heartache. Here’s a peek of Marcus’ inner caveman: **“I need Emma locked down, tied to me, and I need it now. ... I feel like I’m on the verge of losing it and doing something totally insane—like handcuffing her to me and hopping on my plane to take her to some remote location. Say, ... an island in the middle of the Pacific. It doesn’t matter where, as long as it would be just the two of us and she wouldn’t be able to escape. And yes, I know how fucked-up and criminal that sounds.”** Marcus has all the over the top possessive alpha-ness of his literary older brothers, Julian, Lucas, and Peter, without being “fucked-up and criminal”. He’s everything I enjoy in a romantic hero. Emma is adorable. For me, she is Anna Zaires’ most relatable heroine to date. The self doubts, the worries that she won’t measure up to other women, and the determination to stand up for her principles all resonate deeply. Which makes this all the more rewarding to see Emma grow, adapt and evolve. This love story is fun, sexy, and fulfilling. Marcus and Emma are given a fabulous supporting cast of family, friends and furry kitties.

  • Marcus + Emma = Love + Chemistry

I really LOVE this book! This book is a great follow up on Wall Street titan and has become the definition for a relationship full of love, fun, chemistry and excitement. Anna Zaires captivates the chemistry between Emma and Marcus so well, which is also the reason why you don’t want to stop reading Titan’s addiction. Looking forward to read more from this great author!
