    Magical

Abigail Cross is on holiday in Scotland on her way to visit a castle. A storm starts, so she shelters in a cottage. Next thing she knows is waking up in the seventeenth century. How dare the meddling witch drag her through time. Aedan MacLeod knows his sister is up to no good. If she is not careful with her magic she could be in danger. Aedan is Laird of his clan . With that comes a lot of responsibilities. He has revenge on his mind that could see his clan at war. For that he needs allies. Hopefully he can find a bride with good connections at the games . Our heroine is livid at being dragged from all her modern comforts to this harsh time with Neanderthal type highland men. A funny highland adventure that was great fun to read. It has lots of twists and turns. The relationship between our characters is volatile to say the least. The secondary characters are also ones I would like to read more about. Hopefully with magic in the family we might. I loved it.

    loved it

Aedan, Laird Macleod has two sisters, Jinny and Gwen. Gwen has a touch of magic in her and she decided, her brother needed someone special. So she brought Abigail Cross across time from the twenty first century to the seventeenth century, for him. She was his soul mate. I did shed a few tears, when they got separated. Everything about this tale was wonderful. The characters, the descriptions and the plot. The plot was unusual and there was a lot going on but it was exciting, fun and very racy. There was battles, a vicious female, some nice ones also and so much love. .I enjoyed the camaraderie among the Scots and the family members. The support they gave to each other. I hope you like this book as much as I did.

    To Conquer a Scot

This is the story of Abigial Cross ( aka Abby) and a 17th century Laird Aedan Macleod. One day while on vacation Abby goes to a castle for a tour and walks into an old cottage. All of a sudden the room starts to spin and the next thing Abby knows she's in the same cottage, but in the 17th century with Aedan's meddling sister Gwen who has the gift of magic. Gwen tells a very upset Abby that she brought her back in time to marry Gwen's brother. She also lets Abby know that she has been watching her for a long time. Aedan and Abby don't even like each other at first, but eventually they are drawn to one another and start to develop feelings for each other. When two rival clans threaten the twenty-first century minx who's captured Laird Aedan's heart, he is willing to sacrifice everything to keep Abby safe. Can Abby give up her modern day life and stay in the 17th century? Will their love be able to stand the test of time? Tamara Gill is an incredibly gifted author who knows exactly how to write a time travel romance. All of your emotions will be put to the test while you read this book. There are so many up's and downs that it takes your breath away yet leaves you wanting more. I know at one point I was actually shouting no, no no like a crazy person. I truly hope that Ms. Gill will be writing more time travel novels very soon because I'm already craving more.
