    Tournament of Losers

A very well done romance, very Cinderella-ish yet the hero of the story is not your usual damsel in distress with a dick, he was more a gritty diamond in the rough type of rake hell, not drop dead gorgeous yet rakishly charming enough to snag himself a pretty prince in disguised, and eventually won himself a title of prince. I highly rec this book, really wonderful and full of swashbuckling adventure and romance that will leave you to the edge of your seat until the last happily ever after chapter. Btw, there were lots of wonderful secondary characters that I wish the author will give their own spin off story in the future. I like to read more about Tress older brothers, and of course my favorite is Toph, Rath best friend who seems like a roadrunner of a playboy, and then there is the gentle giant widower Warf who seems like a character that I would love to read more about his life before and after he got married into nobility. Overall this book is a fun read and worth the $$$ that I spend on it. Go check it out if you have the time, there is free preview provided by Kobo, so what are you waiting for?

Left me with a smile on my face

I enjoyed spending time in this world and with these characters. The Hero's Quest is a great theme in literature and this book does it justice. It's light hearted and serious, romantic and frightening - but throughout made enjoyable by our low born hero, Rath. I was sorry when it was over.

    Nice story

It was a little too predictable for my taste but the characters and story was enjoyable till the end :)
