Fabulous plot, great characters, and Jayne's usual quirky and humourous dialogue. Another great read.

    brilliant once again

Breathtaking and just as thrilling as always....... Jayne makes you apart of the story and its surroundings ....I love that with all her books and this one takes you there once again ❇

Jayne Ann Krentz always delives. This book has everything. A smart and quirky heroine and a hero in the strong and silent category without too much of the silent. The peipheral characters add flavor to the story. Haunted by the past is not a new theme but Krentz can put a new spin on old story lines. Finding her boss murdered is bad enough but small threads of evidence making her and those around her recall another murder fom decades ago is concerning. Especially since she found that victim as well.
