    Two Footsteps

Loving the Author and her work as I do I found Two Footsteps difficult to get into while reading the first chapter, but eventually that changed and the feeling of despair of Morgan and the worry of husband Reid took over. The fight for survival against the Wolf by Morgan and Reids fight to be believed and maintain his freedom as he struggled with how to tell their children that their mother had been abducted. He had messed up, but all that matters is getting Morgan back. The way Belle Brooks has expressed exactly how Morgan is feeling and all the terrors she is facing. is amazing. The points of view of those around and even the Wolf. I am left waiting, as everyone is, for the next book

    Two Footsteps Forward

You think you're sure...but then are you really sure? And why is this happening? And what does this have to do with that? And why, why, why is the Wolf so diabolical and mean and psychologically torturing you? I mean Red? Belle Brooks has done it again with her second installment of The Game of Life with Two Footsteps. She sucks you in and you can feel the terror and helplessness and I was right next to Red in wanting to know WHY?!?! It's been a long time since I've yelled at a book to try to get her to just listen! Miss Brooks doesn't seem to answer any questions, and just gives us more to ponder. And more twists and turns that make it seem impossible that this is going to end well for anyone. I can't wait for the next one!

    Let The Games Continue

I was so excited to start book two in The Game of Life series after the way Belle ended the first story, and I had a feeling Two Footsteps will end in a similar way (Major Cliffhanger!). I was so right. I found myself yelling at the end (in a good way), dying to know what happens next. It was such an emotional rollercoaster that takes you on a wild journey. I love these characters and the storyline/world Belle has created with them. Even Reid is starting to grow on me compared with what I felt towards him in the first book (he wasn’t my favourite in that one). I love the way The Wolf operates, I love getting inside his head and knowing the way he thinks. Although he’s the big bad wolf and twisted in his own way, I still love his character. I’m beyond ready to know what happens in book 3 I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book

Big bad wolf, who am I?

Two foot steps even better than One Fear. Morgan is still in grave danger being chased and played with by he wolf, will red find her escape? Or will the wolf win again. This book kept me wanting more, needing more. I love the developing of the characters l, and finding out more about them. I think I have an idea who the wolf is but I'm not 100% sure. I can't wait for the 3rd, 4th and 5th book in this novella series. Belle Brooks is a talented author who keeps you wanting more. Thank you Belle for knocking another one out of the park. Keep 'em comin.

You can run but you can't hide!

Two Footsteps by Belle Brooks is the second novella in The Game of Life Series. I have never read a series quite like this one and I can tell you that so far, I am loving it! I really loved the first book One Fear, and this book brought it just as much. The book is written through the eyes of Reid, the husband, Morgan, the main character, and The Wolf, who is playing his evil game. Who is the wolf? That is the question that Belle is asking throughout this book and I was thinking that maybe I knew who it was until the cliffhanger that Belle left us on, changing my mind completely! A great suspense book that is keeping my mind going and me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to see what Belle has in store for us in the next book.
