    Wonderful

Having read before, great to re-read on e reader. A masterpiece containing the art of poetic writing to it's peak. Nothing compares to the wordsmith skills of James Joyce in his works. A difficult read perhaps but well worth the effort. Very rewarding to read passages and to go over again to grasp with delight the brilliance of how, with the mind of a genius, James Joyce contructs his sentences and how the sentences and phrases marry together in a perfection of the art of writing in all its forms. And such a knologible man as well, on human culture, the arts, and history. A humorist as well as there is a great deal of humour in this work. Enjoy.

    Wonderful!

Loved it! Joyce is a genius. He nails it all with this book. It contains everything in Life; the good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful, the mundane, the mesmerizing. Reading this book slow, over several months, brings out the beauty of the writing. The story is only enhanced with a slow, thoughtful read. Note: this is my third reading. The first time through requires lots of time and can be frustrating. It's worth the ride, though. Joyce truly nails this story.
