  • Excellent book.

If any author can take the world’s boringest sport (my opinion only) and make an interesting, steamy, extravagant story, it is Blair Babylon. I enjoyed the introduction of the new Le Rosey graduates and the references of characters from other books. Tiffany and Jericho make a great start to a new series. Looking forward to more.

  • A Fun Read

Jericho had to buy a golf course and turn it around quick. That's what he does, he's a venture capitalist, but he didn't count on the beautiful Tiffany to mess with his plans for Newcastle Golf Club. She's a fighter, and right now, she's fighting for NGC. It's a pillar of the community. It's the reason she was able to go to college. It's the reason she met Jericho. It' the reason she'll do anything to save it. This series is different than most of what Blair writes. It was a fun change of pace. I received and ARC copy this book for an honest review, but also purchased a copy.

  • It all started with that bet…

We first meet Jericho Parr on the morning of January 1st, after a particularly epic New Year’s Eve with his three best friends from the elite Swiss boarding school, Le Rosey. But it’s Gabriel, aka ‘The Shark’ – their arch-nemesis, and that outrageous bet that will make them rethink their plans for the coming year – and possibly their futures as well. I enjoyed Tiffany’s character and her no-nonsense approach to business while maintaining a deep commitment to helping her small-town community prosper. She was definitely up for the challenge of convincing Jericho to consider the town in his new plans for the golf club. I enjoyed the push and pull of their interactions – and the sparks that flew during their many ‘negotiations’. I loved this fun and funny, well written, small town romantic comedy! There’s plenty of sassy comebacks, laugh-out-loud moments, some angst, intense chemistry and several steamy, explicit encounters. I also loved Tiffany’s close-knit family and all the drama resulting from her sibling-like relationship with her two cousins! While this story has its conclusion, I’m looking forward to Match Play. I’m quite curious as to how Mitchell, aka Match, will attempt to win the bet, especially given what we know so far. I received an Advance Reader Copy from the author, and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • What could go wrong?

It's amazing how a drunken bet can turn your world upside down. The gents of Last Chance Inc. are about to realize just exactly how much. First up is Jericho! When he picks his course, he doesn't realize what heart it has. When its history is described in detail by the delicious Tiffany, he's entranced, but he needs to make it sing to be in the running and win the bet. It is amazing what you can do to bring two seemingly opposed worlds into alignment. I've got to say that Jericho really pulled his weight in this competition. It is a fantastic start to this series! I'm excited to see what Blair has in store for us.

  • Good start

This was the first book to this new series and I really liked the characters. I am not a fan of golf so I was hesitant about it since does center around golf. But I believe Blair was able to pull it off she did add many references about golf but not enough to bore me or lose me. Racial and class difference is also brought up in this book. I was very intrigued about the other friends and am interested in reading their stories
