    Eye Opening...

Read this & find out what is really going on in Canadian politics, etc. This book awakened me to the in-built inequities, injustices & basic imprisonment inherent in identifying myself as Canadian. The plight of indigenous peoples is a shame on all who accept the Canadian status quo. The truth is that none of us is free with this authoritarian government that we have allowed to control and disempower us. We have come to believe that the state is more important than the individual and have allowed our and our fellow Canadians' basic freedoms to be largely eroded. We struggle one against the other to survive in an advancing system of disenfranchisement, fed on fearful propagandas of greed & unworthiness. Time to stop and ask ourselves whether it is worthy of us to allow these abuses to continue, especially to Canada's indigenous peoples, but also to the entire population.

    Don't Bother

Did not enjoy. Reads like a stretched out dream journal entry.
