    50 quick and easy

    if you are on a budget but you are more than willing to be a vegan, then this book is perfect for you. have it done in your way and you will see the good side.

    great cookbook, easy to follow

    This is a great cookbook if you have nothing in the fridge and want to eat a good home cooked meal. The recipes are easy to follow and well written. Some of my favorites are: Green Pasta (life changing!!), Health Potato Burger (yum!), Vegetable and Tofu wraps (Amazing), and the Vegetable Pie is the best pie I've ever tasted - ever. I recommend this to anyone (vegan or not) who doesn't already have a good pantry cookbook. You will not be disappointed.
