    Thanks for your feedback!

A fine concept, but lacking in focus.

The premise of this book will appeal to many, and the subject is certainly topical. However, the execution is middling at best - themes and phrases are repeated, and well worn cliches abound. Overall it reads like a meandering survey of the self-actualization genre, albeit presented in an approachable way. There is not much new presented here - with proactive editing, this might have made an interesting long form article or blog series. In the effort to stretch it into a full length book, the authors have thinned out the substance and diminished its potential impact.
