    Brought full circle

Walk the Line by J. Kenner is Man of the month book 12. It is crazy how fast its been through these 12 books. Everyone unique but also connected. We have known Brent since the beginning. A single father who is committed to his daughter Faith and not willing to let romance in. Elena is, Tyree Johnson, owner of The Fix on Sixth's. daughter. Though separated for years, she and her father have forged a strong bond. This connection makes the sparks between Elena and Brent more complicated. Elena is ten years younger than Brent, and his friend and business partner's daughter, aka off limits. Brent's connection to The Fix and to Tyree as well as his commitment to his daughter have been a constant it really is a perfect fit to make him part of the family even deeper. Brent's struggles with trust because of his ex-wife make things complicated but if we have learned nothing else, magic and romance can happen at the Fix on Sixth and nothing is insurmountable. I have enjoyed every one of these books and Walk the Line was a great addition by J. Kenner to this series. In many ways I am sad to see it over but it has been fun and romantic the whole way through. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book I received for free from the publisher in exchange for my open and honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.)

    Walk The Line

Now this is the way to wrap up a terrific series! With a splendid tale involving the head of security of The Fix who is a single dad who refuses to get close to any woman for fear she will disappear the same as his wife did and abandon him and his daughter and he is paired with the daughter of the owner of The Fix who is a graduate student and younger by nearly a decade. This poses many issues but the chemistry is undeniable even though they both try to ignore it but once those lines are crossed all bets are off. Will they be able to keep their secret tryst a secret for long? Will Brent be able to finally overcome his fears? This was so good I read it in a couple hours because I could not put it down! This was the way to finish this series. As with all the books in this series, this one could be read as a standalone but WHY would you want to!?!?!?!? Read the entire series, you will not be disappointed with any of them! **Received this ARC for review**

A fantastic ending to The Man Of The Month series!

Brent a sexy single dad, whose primary focus is his daughter and saving The Fix. Elena, his partner’s beautiful daughter who he cannot stop thinking about. The chemistry between them is amazing. You cannot help but fall in love with them. But then again, every story has that effect.

Great Way to End the Series

What an almost perfect way to end the series. This is the story we’ve all been waiting for from the moment Brent said he would never participate on the “Man of the Month” contest in the first book. The way his girl gets him to enter is pretty awesome. The steamy moments are plenty and the chemistry is hot in this book. All those unanswered details from the earlier books are tied up in a nice little bow. I just wish a little more of the story had happened in the bar since the bar is were it all started. In the first few books, the bar played a more prominent role; however as we got closer to the end of the series, the bar became almost (but not quite) an after thought. If you haven’t checked out Bar Bites yet, please do. You’ll get to see some of the happenings of some of you favorites characters after the contest ended.
