    A quick help in fixing your life

    Are u feeling that you don't have much time because you're very busy : hop on and off for one meeting/project to another in your office, sitting your baby, preparing breakfast for your husband and children, doing laundry, and etc. Are you always in a rush each morning? Are you thinking that morning is a madcap in weekdays? There's a research saying that most people even if they have arrived in the office at an early morning, they start to focus on their job after 9 am. There are too many distractions. Successful people wake up each day at early morning and they do excercise first time in the morning. As they think doing excercise can give them more stamina and refresh their mind from their stressful job, they put excercise as their top priority. They said that whatever your priority was, do it at the very first time in the morning. A single parent who also has a bright career once said that she didn't have much time to be spent with her child. She was feeling upset with this. She tried to go back home earlier but she found that she's so tired so she couldn't make a quality time with her child. Then with her self-motivation and willpower, she tried to remanage her time. She wrote her activities she did everyday then she analysed which part of her activities can be lessen, or make them disappear.
