WHEN A KILLER STRIKES BY R C BRIDGESTOCK

The long awaited 8th D I Dylan was not a disappointment. As with the previous seven books in this series it was doubly enjoyable due to explanation of technical procedures which, whilst being extremely informative, were not boring but helped the reader see what was really going on behind the scenes. The characters portrayed were easy to visualize in the mind's eye and seemed both true to life and 'real'. The plots of Dylan's books are extremely well thought out and are totally believable. I couldn't put this book down and thoroughly recommend it to all. Very well done R C Bridgestock on another brilliant page-turner

    Well developed

When I began reading this series I was not sure I would continue as the language in the first book was stilted enough in some of the descriptive passages to be reminiscent of police reports. I am pleased to say that it was worth persevering, as the language and characterisation have developed well through the series to date. Keep up the good work.
