Amazing start to a new series

Julia London is a fairly new to me author. The first book I read by her was a contemporary romance. I must say that she writes both contemporary and historical romances very well. My first love is historical romances. In my youth, I read as a way to escape from reality. Wild Wicked Scot transported me back to the highlands and kept me enthralled in the intrigue and drama surrounding the maturing relationship of Margot and Arran. I enjoyed this book so much that I ordered a paperback copy for my friend. This author is going on my short list of authors I’ll always read and recommend. I can’t wait for the next book. I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. I was not compensated for my review, and I was not required to write a positive review. The opinion expressed here is my own.

    Great story!!!

I agree with some of the comments, .Margot is the typical English spoiled debutant with only herself as a focus in her life, she comes by this honestly though, and it takes the strength of her very unspoiled husband to show her what is really important, a great story, cannot wait for the next in this series. Any story by Julia London is wonderful!!!

The Chemistry between Margot and Arran!

At first I couldn't stand Margot, I found her to be a spoiled brat. I did feel for her being forced to marry, but the way she handled it drove me nuts. As the story progressed I found myself beginning to like Margot. I loved the chemistry between Margot and Arran, it was electric! And by the end of the book I loved the growth she went through, and loved how their story finished.
