  • Absolutely Amazing and Emotional Book

This is book one in The Light My Fire Series and it is Graham and Madison's story and what a great start to a new series. When Madison's father was charged for fraud and her mother blamed Madison for not putting it right and all her so called friends didn't want to know her any more she decided to go to Alaska to the lodge that her grandfather had left her when he died and she decided that she would take the time to see what she wanted to do next with her life, so with her dog Wilbur they made the journey stopping occasionally and that was when she met Graham a handsome man that she couldn't stop staring at him. Graham was blown away by his reaction to Madison who was a beautiful woman travelling with her cute and friendly dog Wilbur but Graham didn't have time for attraction of distractions as he was a single father to his daughter Allie who was a real spitfire so between his daughter and his as a fire fighter in Willow Brook there wasn't time for anything else. Graham and Madison had such a strong connection and the chemistry between them was so hot that you can feel it sizzling of the pages of this book and I absolutely loved Graham's daughter Allie as she was so friendly, feisty, kind, caring and got on with everyone and Graham was such an amazing father. Omg I couldn't put this book down as it was so addictive and a real page turner that had you on the edge of your seat wondering what else would happen between Graham and Madison and I can't wait to read the next book in this series. J H Croix is an amazing author and writer and I absolutely love her books so much as she certainly knows how to keep her reader's attention. I definitely recommend you read this book and others by her and you will definitely not be disappointed. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Wonderful single dad

I just love J.H. Croix’s Alaska series and this addition didn’t disappoint. Wild With You is centered around Madison and Graham. I absolutely love single dad stories, so I knew I wanted to read this. Madison moves to Alaska from Houston, after her father’s arrest. To say her relationship with her parents is strained, is putting it mildly. Will she be able to build a new life in Alaska? No spoilers, so grab your copy and get ready to swoon over Graham. I bet you’ll enjoy getting to know Allie, Graham’s daughter, too. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Loved it

5 Star Review of Wild With You (Light My Fire #1) by J H Croix Having read a few books by J.H. Croix I was excited when I learnt she had a new series releasing. Wild With You was an entertaining read that ticked the boxes for me. This is Madison and Graham’s story and I was hooked from the first chapter, particularly as Graham is a single dad and for me it was a win/win. I love stories set in small towns, add in a firefighter, a sassy, fabulous teenager Allie and some familiar faces and I had a hard time putting this one down, This was a well written story with characters who were easy to like and relate too. There were numerous feel good moments whilst I was reading and although it was emotional at times, I had a smile on my face throughout my read. This is a little gem of a read and I for one cannot wait to see what’s next in the Light My Fire series.

  • Wonderful read

Madison and Wilbur leave a difficult situation to start over again, while Gabe is doing his best as a single father. A chance meeting with a moose brings the main characters together, and then they find out they are neighbours. Starting over in a new place can be daunting, especially when you are being accused of breaking and entering. After this auspicious start, Madison and Gabe have to learn to trust other people and cope with families - good and bad. Wilbur is a honey of a dog and he is a wonderful character. An enjoyable read set in Willow Creek with some visits from old friends. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Wild With You!

Madison and Graham's story is the perfect start to this new firefighter series. This is the first story in the "Light My Fire" series set in the town of Willow Creek in Alaska. The story is swoon worthy, fun and sweet. Graham is a single father trying to get into his role as superintendent for the new fire crew. She is trying to escape fraud and her messy life. The city girl takes to the road and ventures to Alaska where she has been left a cabin by her grandfather. These two are combustible together. I enjoyed every bit of their story from beginning to end.
