Witch Way Did He Go? By Dakota Cassidy

Witch Way Did He Go by Dakota Cassidy 8th book in the cozy paranormal mystery series Witchless in Seattle. These should be read in order as the stories and characters progress through the storyline. A witch that has no power, two ghosts, a familiar, a dog and a turkey make up the household in this wacky series. Irreverent. Win, the British spy ghost suddenly disappeared but there are clues being left for Stevie to unravel. I saw where this was going in the beginning of the story. Not sure why none of them thought of it. I guess Stevie was just too overwrought. And frankly too whiny for me. Geesh. In the end it was a short mystery that progressed the story as expected. The author assures us that the mystery and stories will continue. I like the combination of characters so will wait for the next book. Maybe about who killed Win finally?

A middle of the series short book

The 8th book in a series that I have loved up to this book. It is well-written and all my favourite characters are in it but very little happens. Win is missing and the group need to find out what has happened to him. It really isn't much of a mystery. It is mostly angst from his friends and loved ones until the perfect ending.
