    Thanks for your feedback!

    Couldn't stop reading!

I was completely absorbed in this installment of Sage and Millie's story and was unable to put it down until the last page. So glad that I have the next book waiting after that ending.

I am hooked on Mountains & Men series!

Worthy of the Harmony is not a standalone novel. This is technically Book One of the Mountains & Men series. However, there's a prequel that must be read prior to reading this book or you'll miss the beginning of Sage and Millie's story. All I can say is this series has me hooked. Thank goodness I was able to pick up this book after reading the prequel. This book picks right up where the last book left off, after Sage sang the song he wrote for Millie the night he met her. Talk about amazing chemistry! These two are so connected with each other and so crazy for each other, they burn up my e-reader! "She's the harmony to my melody, and our song has just begun." Sage courts Millie and he pushes her boundaries and he won’t give up on them. He is so sweet and he is so sure of his feelings for Millie that there is no question in his mind that they are going to be together for the long haul. I read the prequel and I fell in love with Sage, so now through reading this book, I am head over heels for him. He is amazing! He is alpha, but he is sweet and he is always showing Millie such affection! He can’t keep his hands and lips off of her. He has to touch her whenever she is near. Sage is musically gifted, classically trained in piano. He has an amazing tenor voice that even just speaking, he causes thrills to go through Millie. He was awarded a scholarship to Julliard, but turned it down because he believed in his band Mountains & Men. He attended college locally but dropped out, much to the displeasure of his parents, that couldn’t understand how he could not finish college and chase the hopeless dream of being in a band. He moved out of his parents’ house and moved in with his band mates. He has little contact with them except at holidays and birthdays, and he tries to keep it civil, but he has no time for the people who don’t support his dreams. His sisters are very supportive and love their brother very much. His youngest sister is his best friend and she provides hilarity in a few situations in this book. You also get to know the band members and their girlfriends. Millie is losing her heart, no matter how hard she tries to guard it against the onslaught that is Sage and his affections. She has such a jaded sense of love and how men never stay. They always leave. This was pounded into head and heart by her awful mother! She has a love/hate relationship with her mother. She is so terrible to Millie, it’s no wonder that Millie left her home in New Jersey to get away from her mother and moved to Colorado. It’s this jaded view that is always in the back of her mind that Sage is there now, but he will eventually leave. She feels that she has already lost part of her heart to Sage, but can she give her whole heart and still survive when he leaves her. Mountains &Men finally get their big break to go on a 6-week tour as an opening act for another big-name band, Lawful Sinners. They also get a chance to record and their first song they record is the song Sage wrote for Millie their first night together. Millie is worried about Sage going on tour, that constant feeling that he is going to leave, just like all men. She can’t allow herself to fall in love. She feels in her heart that Sage lives for performing and that he will move on from her. It’s too late. She has already fallen. "She makes my heart sing. When I'm with her, when I hold her in my arms, I know that I don't want anyone else-that no matter what, I'll fight for her." There is so much to this book! Not only the incredible love & chemistry between Sage and Millie, but the inner workings of the band, Sages family, Millie’s friends and her mom. That cliff hanger had my heart hurting. My chest actually burned. Thank goodness, I can jump into the next book right away! I highly recommend this great series!
