    So so good!

I’m pretty sure I liked the sequel more than the original. My only complaint is that there’s not a third book.

    Suburb Continuance, Fantastic Writing

The second book in The American Family series, Life After Death, works through the after-effects of losing a part of life that will never be the same. It entails overcoming deep struggles from within, while also managing to stay sane amongst the twists and turns that life has to offer. Like in his other works, Baer writes with addictive, enticing passion, allowing the reader to easily get lost in the chaotic lives of the Childs family. Life After Death is a suburb work of fiction. It captures misery, sadness, lies, mystery, hope, love, honesty, and forgiveness. Further, Baer perfectly paints the continued hardships of the Childs family, and ends Life After Death with room to write a third novel... Baer provides a fun, interesting, thought provoking experience every time he writes. I’ve also had the privilege of reading some of his other books, The Earth Bleeds Red and The Lights Will Never Fade. Both are full of thrilling mystery, but stand strong with their own alluring plots. These plots entail crime, chilling discoveries, amazing writing, love, hate, and closure. I highly recommend reading everything Jackson Baer has to write about. You won’t be disappointed.

    Second book in the Series

Life After Death: This is the second book in the An American Family. This second book is filled with twists and turns, and dramas. The narration is good. Overall, I enjoyed my listening. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.
