  • The chalky sea.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book.great mix of factual using a fictional Canadian soldier as the important character.I had no idea that Eastbourne had such disaster in world war 2. I was a toddler living near London UK through most of the war and have now been a Canadian for about 40 years...having been here a little over 50 years.

    Thanks for your feedback!

Very informative book about the days of war in England. How fun to find a Canadian thread through out the book .
