    The Boy at the Door

Simply stunning! I can't remember when I enjoyed a book so much. The author uses words like an artist uses paints. I loved the various characters and the brutal honesty that the main character is depicted as. I was able to understand the unique and beautiful country of Norway and almost feel the extreme cold. Fascinating story about a spoilt rich woman and her facade of "having it all" when really she had nothing. Money is not everything. Read this book because it will alter your aspect on life and make you appreciate what you have. Looking forward to more from this extremely talented author.
