    Life changing

    This book was a really interesting read. It's written in a way that is easy to understand and enjoy. It gave me a great base to replace my bad habits with new good ones.

    Excellent book

    This book is really good at describing how habits work and can be used, with plenty of real examples. It does not try to sell an "easy to change" method and outline how difficult it is to change habits, but how useful it can be when done with the right purpose. It is very easy to read as well.

    Worth reading

    I enjoyed the book. It gives a good insight into how habits work, how they’re formed, how you can become aware of your own habits and how to change them. The book gives plenty of examples and stories of real life to illustrate the points the author is trying to make. For the most part the book is examples, which makes the density of content pretty low. I would have liked the book better if it went a little deeper or had more technical and practical depth and application, but nonetheless this book really opened my eyes. I am confident I will benefit from what I read in this book.
