"Eponym" is a short story about eusocial insectoids. It paints a vivid picture, albeit gory and violent, of an advanced society of insectoid creatures on an inhospitable alien world.

After living countless lifetimes an ancient being begins questioning the feasibility of continued existence. Unusual celestial circumstances set into motion a chain of events that forever alter this being's perspective.
