How going through and coping with death, emotions, loneliness, how we sometimes hide behind putting on a brave face when inside we are screaming at the top of our voices hoping that someone looks underneath looks at what is in front of them, how one person learnt to cope with her emotions of not just the death of her husband but many things that had gone on within her marriage how it all came crashing in when he died.

This book is about going through grief and the grief the she went and is still going through, they are deep feelings with in Anne that I do not think many will get to know or understand. She does have a few hobbies, writing is one, that includes photography, reading, walking (on the beach, moors, woodlands), cooking, baking, her dogs, craft work, DIY, so many more that she enjoys but all was put on hold while she is renovating her home.

This is the second collection of poetry with 44 poems on it. Just like the first collection, each one comes from my heart. I have cried some more, laughed a lot, felt every emotions and you could feel that while reading the book. Emotions rule our life whether it is love, anger, passion, crying, laughing. We all have felt these at some point in our lives. For me to let you enjoy more, there will be a third collection of poetry coming soon.
