பாலகணேஷ் 25 ஆண்டு காலம் பத்திரிகைத் துறையில் அனுபவம் பெற்றவர். பல்வேறு பத்திரிகைகளில் புத்தக வடிவமைப்பாளராகப் பணிபுரிந்து இப்போது எழுத்துத் துறையில் இருக்கிறார். 2010ம் ஆண்டு முதல் எழுதி வருகிறார். இதுவரை இரண்டு சிறுகதைத் தொகுப்புகள் வெளிவந்துள்ளன. நகைச்சுவைக் கதைகள், மர்மக் கதைகள் இரண்டு துறைகளிலும் எழுதுவதில் விருப்பம் உள்ளவர். வரும் ஆண்டுகளில் நிறையப் புத்தகங்கள் எழுதி வெளியிடும் முனைப்புடன் உள்ளவர்.
