Cycle of Four Seasons is an anthology of poems that I wrote for a writing workshop that I facilitate.

What, exactly, shapes us into the people we are? Attempting to understand why he perceives his relationship with his wife and children seems to be falling apart, Gene embarks on an odyssey in search of himself. He goes back to where he grew up, and reflects upon his past.Will Gene's emotional and spiritual quest lead to understanding the man he has become?

This volume is a continuation of poems of meditation. They are expressions of the serenity that comes from my practice of mindfulness meditation.

How to Read a Poem is a hodge podge of the ramblings of my mind. The pieces range from thoughts and images that come to me during my daily meditation, or when I take my morning walk with my wife.
