Want to buy more eBooks while travelling? Just connect to any Wi Fi hotspot and you’ll gain access to the local Kobo eBookstore. The only thing to really keep in mind is that if your Kobo Arc runs out of juice, you’ll need an adaptor to plug it in if you’re in a country that uses different power cords.

Sideloading is simple, but works differently depending on what kind of computer you use. If you’re a Mac, all you have to do is download and install Android File Transer software from www.android.com/filetransfer. Just follow the instructions and you’re good to go. If you’re a PC users, you won’t need any extra software. Simply connect your Kobo Arc to your computer with a USB cable, and transfer your open eBooks, music, movies, and files onto your Kobo Arc and back again.
