徐復觀先生的著作散見於海內外多家出版社，選錄文章、編輯體例不盡相同。現將他的著作重新編輯校訂整理，名為《徐復觀全集》出版。《全集》共二十六冊，一至十二冊為徐復觀先生譯著、專著，過去已出版單行本，《全集》基本按原定稿成書時間順序排列；十三至二十五冊，將徐復觀先生散篇文章分類擬題編輯成書。徐復觀先生的著作，以前有各種編輯版本，其中原編者加入的註釋，在《全集》中依然保留的，以“原編者註”標明；編輯《全集》時，編者另外加入註釋的，以“編者註”標明。為更完整體現徐復觀先生的思想脈絡，編者將個別文章，在不同分類的卷中，酌情少量選取重複收入。《全集》的編輯由徐復觀先生哲嗣、台灣東海大學徐武軍教授，台灣大學王曉波教授，武漢大學郭齊勇教授，台灣東海大學薛順雄教授協力完成。
