《道德经》解读已经是一个热门话题，据说多达一千多种，汗牛充栋了。笔者比较喜欢古人王弼、苏辙的注释，但玩味之余仍不能尽兴，又没有精力穷搜碧落寻找真理，却也有一些自己的思考和想法，加上朋友们鼓励，干脆且自说自话罢，于是有了基于《易经》和心理学视角的对道德经的解读。书稿最初的形成采用口授微课形式，经整理每周一章陆续发表于笔者的公众号www-ymxl-net（西山心理工作室），现汇集通稿后整理成书。本书拥有以下特色：1、追慕老子的保守主义情怀，但又正视无可挽回的世事发展变化既成事实，在此前提下探索老子智慧之于普世价值的贡献及实用性；2、认为老子以"无名之朴"为道德核心价值，在道德灌注中笔者提炼出"初心"、"雏形"两个概念作为"无名之朴"的内核与载体。后人可以通过妙观雏形领悟初心意蕴，通过回归初心解决发展偏差和分歧；3、用《易经》的八卦模型展读"恍惚""倏忽""生畜""亭毒"等对称的范畴，找到真义，使解读更加逻辑清晰；4、解读甲骨文象形文字的象征意义，以探索《道德经》重要字词的先秦古义，从而挖掘老子原旨，...

《早春之寒》是一本自传体长篇小说，讲述了一位上世纪80年代的青年军官因为不同政见被迫转业回乡，在理想和现实的冲突中寻找人生幸福及自我疗愈的故事。小说主人公黄深以其身心阅历见证和参与了中国改革开放的伟大时代，见证和体验了人性的复杂多维，肯定了仁爱、真诚、善良、忍耐、勇敢等个人品格在社会变迁和人生发展中的价值和意义。主人公经历怀才不遇、正义蒙尘、现实磨难、情感离弃等种种考验，在身心体验和思考探索中，从幼稚走向成熟，从逃避走向担当，从脆弱走向柔韧，从病态走向健康。最终找回了简朴的初心，拥抱了平凡而坎坷的命运，变得智慧。《早春之寒》由五部分构成。第一部《摇船郎》讲述了黄深被未婚妻小燕电报催回家乡参加未来岳父的葬礼，体验到真诚的悲痛哀悼与复杂繁琐、迷信荒诞的葬礼仪式之间的冲突。描述了青春浪漫爱情偷尝禁果，如胶似漆难以割舍的幸福感，和涉世未深受困于人情世故的心灵挣扎。以岳父生平为原型故事的革命歌谣在外婆的歌咏中变成了逝去岁月的挽歌。黄深无法适应新时代复杂的人际关系和感情生活而选择当了逃兵。第二部《诗殇》讲述了黄深因政治问题被迫转业，面临理想幻灭和信仰危机...
